HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Greece shipping takes 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email. Please allow 2 extra days for the Greek Islands and regions out of reach.
Cyprus shipping takes 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.
International shipping takes 8-10 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.
*During high season, sales period and Bank holidays, the delivery period may be affected.
**Make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
If the item you have recently purchased from us for some reason doesn’t fit you or you have changed your mind you can choose from our choices above.
Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order.
If it was Cash On Delivery method you’ll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 14 working days to complete.
Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you.

Pack it back to the original package you have received it with the price tag and the receipt and return it in a 10-day space from the date you received it.
For exhanges you have to send it back to us with Acs .
In case of return or change of the product you are charged the shipping costs.

Special Sales or Clearance offers are non-refundable.
In that case products are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.
Note that the order’s shipping charge cannot be refunded.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. The courier company we are working with is ACS Courier. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-3 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be burdened with the extra cost of expedited delivery.
We offer shipping for Cyprus, with an extra charge of 10€.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.
