If the item you have recently purchased from us for some reason doesn’t fit you or you have changed your mind you can choose from our choices above.
Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order.
If it was the Cash On Delivery method you’ll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 14 working days to complete.
Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance to keep your new item reserved for you.

Pack it back to the original package you have received with the price tag and the receipt and return it in a 10-day space from the date you received it.
For exchanges, you have to send it back to us with Acs.
In case of a return or change of the product, you are charged the shipping costs (5€).
Important reminder:
Special Sales or Clearance offers are non-refundable.
In that case, products are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. The customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.
Note that the order’s shipping charge cannot be refunded.
